Was difficult to leave having observed the fires all of the previous night. Wind has remained South either WSW or SE which means moving towards the Kromme.
The journey has thankfully been uneventful. We had breakfast at Chommies as the Lazy Lizzard was too full. We parked at the Lazy Lizzard, hung around at a table for 10mins and decided to move on as noone had come to help us.
Moving about 2 blocks Michael saw Chommies, completely different attitude. They dont tell you any prices of the 4 choices you are given for breakfast which was a little weird. We chose the bacon and 2 poached eggs on avo, spinach and sourdough. Was very tasty and may be Michaels new choice of breakfast place in Prince Albert.
We are approximately 30mins from CT and traffic has been surprisingly easy.
Tonight we are on babysitting duty with Holly while Andrew and Amy go to a 40th birthday party.
