Vlore is an Albanian port, typically from communist time, quite sad with barbed wire surrounding it. I imagine there are many similar ports in the world with cargo ships on both sides of our tiny old lady the Monet.
After coming back from Apalonia, we walked to find a barber for Michael en route to the Old Town in Vlore.
