Train from Oslo to Bergen 22 September 2022

Walked around Oslo after a great breakfast that included a ginger shot and chia pudding, so very good. We saw the operahouse and then walked back to our hotel.

We got on our train to Bergen 35 minutes late, not sure why there were so many cancellations of trains and postponements of others. Even though we were delayed, it proved to be the best scenery I have seen in a very long time.

We arrived in the rain and walked to the hotel Zander K. Very similar to the previous hotel. The food at the hotel is very expensive so we walked down the street to a nearby restaurant. Michael ate a very good chicken curry and I had a really tasty fish soup.

Tomorrow we go to the Hurtigruten terminal at 16:30 to board the cruise, prior to which, we will explore Bergen, looks like a fun city.
