Lunch after kyaking 25th September 2022

Last night's dinner was a served 3 courses meal which Mike and I increased to 4 and it was still too small so we decided to have lunch.

They have seated us on a table with the only South African couple from Johannesburg and it has been lovely getting to know them. I ate way too much at lunch time. Breakfast and lunch are both buffets and while we were chatting I just kept getting up to get just a little something else. From apples, pears, pineapple, melon and grapes to fish with asparagus and bellanaise sauce. There is always salmon and the most delicious coleslaw and then ended with berry compote. Breakfast usually starts with fruit salad, yoghurt and nuts after which I always have the salmon and seed biscuits and the coffee is very very good. Water is also of high quality and one can fill the bottle from the tap.
I think below is a fish farm, and we pass various interesting areas daily as the ship moves. Lots of islands all inhabited. No idea how the inhabitants go anywhere.
What the above lighthouse looks like when it's not under construction
