So in my wisdom, (I am blaming the app), we got sent into the middle of a beautiful bay but not anywhere we wanted to be. Soooo back on the bus to Cirkkewa and then a short ferry ride from Cirkkewa to Gozo, a bus ride into Victoria and we were back on track.
First, breakfast, which was amazing! Michael had half a loaf of ciabatta filled with Parma ham, pickles, cheese and salad and I had the Burrata salad which is a cheese that is hard on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside accompanied by all sorts of raw cabbage leaves and lots of hazelnuts, berries and rocket- seems to me used in everything.
Next the walk to the Ggantja Temples. We passed a duck pond, a cemetery, a few churches one dedicated to St Francis of Assisi, a windmill and finally the Temples.
