10th June 2022 Tynemouth to Heddon on the wall.

After a great breakfast that included black pudding we started our walk to the metro - 5 minutes away 😂 (we walked 1.5hrs to get to last night's accommodation) and went as far as Wallsend where we started our walk. Purchased a map as we did not receive our package posted by the organisers that included 3 maps, as well as 2 passports to get stamps along the way, which I forgot to stamp at the start 🤣. Gorgeous countryside intermixed with road and town walking with a crazy straight uphill 2km walk at the end. We past lots of cherry trees and a golf course ending at the Swan. Lovely pub in the middle of farmland.
