Sunday 30th November a relax day Cape Town trip with mom and Carlos.

Walking with Carlos our 5km each morning and then I am alone in my 11 degree swim. Andrew, Terrance and Holly joined us at Strolla and we went for a swim and a walk on the beach.

Carolyn's mom, Bertha is in hospital as she passed out at breakfast with Dom and Carolyn. So scary, she now has to be careful as she may have seizures in the future.
