21st September 2018 Nanjing Street, Shanghai

22nd September 2018, Saturday, start of the lunar festival that runs for 3 days, lots of moon shapes and rabbits. A free day 8n which we entertained ourselves - once again along Nanjing road, every shop and multiple shopping buildings with floor after floor of clothing brand names, food stalls - anything and everything one can dream of. Michael got an haircut while I waited at one of the 100 Starbucks in that area, I have never seen so many of one type of establishment in such close proximity. Apparently every financial building that opens up, offers the downstairs premises to Starbucks for 1 year rent free.
