Ginger beer, drink of choice with our three course, very affordable, Sunday meal that we enjoyed at the Belfry kitchen.
It is part of a university campus with a post grad program that takes 12 students for a year's course to study conservation science.
We started with a cappuccino each, delicious at a very affordable R18 each, we received our starters, a variety of breads, butter, olive oil and balsamic viniger.
Followed by our main course of roast mutton, fresh garden salad, caramelised onions on basmati rice and pickled cucumber.
Our meal was rounded off with a variety of pastries and a second cappuccino.
